Peace City reduces gun violence through Community-Based Violence Intervention (CVI), deploying trusted community leaders to identify, interrupt, and prevent cycles of violence before they escalate.
Our PeaceMakers work directly with individuals at the highest risk of involvement in violence, building relationships that create opportunities for change. They intervene in moments of conflict, de-escalate tensions, and connect people to the support they need to build a safer future.
This work is immediate. It is deeply personal. And it saves lives.
