Peace City is deeply committed to protecting the safety, trust, and privacy of the individuals and families we serve in Oklahoma City. We operate as a community-based nonprofit organization.

1. Confidentiality of Community Outreach & Mediation

Information shared with Peace City PeaceMakers—whether through website forms, phone calls, or in-person outreach—is held in strict confidence. Peace City does not sell, rent, or trade personal contact details to third parties or law enforcement agencies.

2. Information We Collect

  • Voluntary Information: We collect information you voluntarily provide (e.g., name, phone number, safe contact method) when requesting support, donating, or signing up for updates.

  • Discreet Contact Options: When filling out our contact forms, you may indicate whether it is safe for us to call, text, or leave a voicemail.

  • Donor Data: Financial contributions processed via our site are handled through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment processors.

3. Limits of Confidentiality

While we prioritize strict privacy to protect our participants from harm or retaliation, Peace City complies with applicable federal, state, and local laws. Disclosures may occur under limited circumstances, including:

  • Specific, written permission granted by the individual.

  • Clear and imminent threats of severe physical harm to self or others (Duty to Protect).

  • Suspected child abuse, elder abuse, or neglect as mandated by law.

  • Valid, legally binding court orders or subpoenas.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep personal inquiry data only as long as necessary to facilitate safe outreach and community connection. You may request the deletion of your contact history at any time by contacting our administrator.
